The PTI Hotel Eichwald is located next to the “Eichwald” forest. If you want to go hiking in the nearby mountains or plan to visit the town centre, Hotel Eichwald is definitively a good way to start your day.

In only a few minutes walking distance you arrive at the famous “Kneippstraße” with a variety of shops, the main concert hall, the nice local garden and the heated outdoor pool area.

If you need a ride the next bus station is only 160 meters and the train station only 900 meters away. With public transport you can constantly catch a ride to the thermal bath or just simply walk there within 20 to 30 minutes while you have time to view the stunning landscape.

Our hotel has a restaurant (55 seats) bordering into a bright winter garden (72 seats) and also a cosy café (42 seats). For your personal comfort we also have a lift, two large terraces and a garden with a lawn for sunbathing (with several chairs, umbrellas and sun loungers in the summertime).

We have a small SPA area with a wellness program and several massages (extra), a pool that is opened from 6 a.m.-10 p.m. (8x5m length, 1.55 m deep, 28 °C) and a sauna that is opened from 2-6 p.m. At the hotel reception you can borrow bath robes, a small refrigerator, a rollator or wheelchair (extra).

We have around 15 underground parking lots, several parking lots next to the entrance and a bus parking lot that are ready for your visit.

The reception is opened every day from 7 a.m.-8 p.m. Check in times are from 3-8 p.m.

Our friendly staff would gladly inform you about guided bus excursions at the reception.

Our rooms

All 12 single rooms and 42 double rooms are fully furnished and include a bath tub or shower, a toilet, a vanity mirror, hairdryer, Wi-Fi, a desk, a flat screen and a telephone.

Single rooms: : All single rooms are commodious and include a comfy armchair and a normal chair.

Double rooms type C „superior“: ”: Those spacious double rooms are about 35-40 m² large and equipped with a couch, which can be used as a bed (1 adult or 2 kids), an armchair, a stool and a normal chair.

Bad Wörishofen is located in the “Unterallgäu” in a decent altitude with about 650 meters over sea level. With the mild bracing climate the region is magnificent for people that are searching for a place to rest and relax. The plane but sometimes also hilly environment is perfect for hiking excursions, walks and bike tours. Bad Wörishofen gained its popularity over 150 years ago, with the help of a pastor called Sebastian Kneipp. The “original-kneipp-city” offers a great infrastructure for tourists. The main attractions are the huge garden with its flavour garden and its aviary, the modern hall for concerts an events and the promenade with its numerous restaurants, cosy cafes and glamorous shops. Further one of Germany’s most beautiful thermal baths with multiple different saunas is waiting for your visit and is opened the whole year. Under a sky full of palms you can enjoy several swimming pools with thermal water and a complete area full of saunas. The open air alternative to the thermal bath is the outdoor pool area “am Sonnenbühl”. It is opened from May till September and heated with a temperature of 24 °C. If you are interested in golfing there are also 2 golf courses near the falconry park. There is always one thing safe to say, you will never get bored. With concerts of the own orchestra and movie screenings at the central hall of events every day, there is no way of boredom. With your personal spa card (Allgäu-Walser-Card) you can use public transport and several regional attractions for free. Also in the wintertime there are attractions that you should not miss, just like torch rambles, ice stock sport, an ice rink, cross-country ski-tracks and the famous snowy fairytale forest.
